At The ARK elements, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our curated home collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective materials to ensure fragile home goods are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
